Its been a close 3 days and i am still feeling emo over Man Utd’s lost. The better team definately won on the day. Chelsea had a game plan and that was to prevent Man Utd’s champaign flowing counter attacking football. Kudos to the self proclaim speacial one who i think deserves every accolades he is receiving. I would love to see him manage Man Utd one day. His record is definately second to none. Hate his arrogance but you cannot deny his passion and love for the game. Latest news suggest Man Utd is going to sign Owen Hargreaves the lion from Cananda. Looks like Fergie is gonna play 5 mid fielders next season just like Chelsea. There is the saying that goes- if you cant beat them, then join them. The last time man U played 4 -5- 1 was 2 seasons back which they ended up trophyless. Hope i am wrong. As I continue to feel sore and pain over the lost, I can always rely on Nelly Furtado’s insanely hypnotizing voice to say it right for me.

Yeah, i join you together with the million other supporters in being disappointed. Although i have to disagree that chelsea were the better team on the day. Although I have to agree that the goal was good. But like how reports read, that neither team deserved to lose. Oh well..another season to rue the losses and enjoy the triumphs. My heart still yearns for another champions league success!!

haha dont remind me. Btw i thought Giggs played like a player in his twilight years at the FA cup finals.
Man Utd is like a girlfriend. Always breaks your heart and yet you still love her.
“the better team” has a new meaning. Its no longer the team that attacks and or dominate a football game. Ask Rafa and mourinho. Its about suffocating the opponents, wear them down and prevent them from scoring. Thats the better team. Its no longer about the flair, 1 touch passing and gung ho attitude. That is plain naive and suicide. For example Man Utd, Arsenal. Probably work in England but not against the better sides in Euro.

Why do you choose Rafa and Mourinho, the so called loser managers, choice of meaning? Come on man… If it weren’t teams like Man U and Arsenal .. the top 4 would have been the most boring bunch of superpowers to spearhead the EPL.

Sir Alex wants to sign Viduka Mel. Your Fav striker.
May 22, 2007 at 3:12 pm
dude, man Utd dont need a high profile striker. I think rossi is messi in the making. Parma survived because of him.
May 23, 2007 at 2:30 pm
what…i don’t think nelly is the sexiest lady in the world..that’s melvin…

whats with u guys and nelly furtado????????
May 23, 2007 at 5:48 pm
dude its been the same since the dawn of football and in every sport man…at the end of the day, beautiful football and the so called way its supposed to be played is nothing but a outdated concept. sure i still think fast flowing attacking football is so much better than liverpool and chelsea’s stifling and scrambling tactics, but u gotta consider the way football has evolved into its current form today. its all about the bling bling man. u dont get $$ for playing beautiful football. u dont win trophies for playing to produce true football, instead of killing it. so if the first thing in ur mind when planning for a match is no longer how to make ur team play great football to outclass the other team, but to plan how to stifle and choke out the other team, its fucking sad but undeniably part of an effect of the increasing scale in which money dictates football and its very definition.

the above point spoken from a football lover’s point of view.

anyway i hope milan wins cos of the amazing football they’ve played all season in the CL. shud see the number of one touch goals they have man..fucking nice to watch
May 24, 2007 at 2:23 am
Dude your wish came through. Milan was ok only on the night. I did not watch the match. But from what i read, pool dominated but Inzaghi was a fox. The record breaking off side player. Being at the right place at the right is a gift.
May 24, 2007 at 2:30 am
yep, milan was being dominated by liverpool, the talking point will be pipo’s first goal, handball or not..but second goal was true inzaghi style, beating the offside trap and finishing in style..
